Restaurant in Castle?

My daughter seems to think that there is a restaurant in Cinderella's Castle at Disneyland. She has asked me to try to make reservations at the castle for our trip that is coming up in the next few weeks. I can find no information to suggest that she is correct. Before I break the news I decided to ask the experts! Can anyone tell me if in fact there is a restaurant in the castle?

Disneyland has Sleeping Beauty's Castle. Unfortunately, it is much smaller than Cinderella's Castle at WDW, and there is no restaurant there.

There is the Blue Bayou restaurant that's inside the Pirate's ride. Perhaps your daughter might like that? I know it's not a princess thing, but it's something that WDW doesn't have....

If your daughter is wanting to dine with princesses at the Disneyland Resort, Ariel's Grotto in California Adventure has great character meals. We did lunch there and our daughters were in heaven. DH was too for that matter!

When we went to Ariel's Grotto we saw more of Pluto than we did Ariel. It was fine, we were seated outside and I think Ariel was inside doing her thing. She waved to us as they moved her to take her break. Pluto on the other hand kept coming back to our table. My son was 9 at the time and I think Pluto liked teasing him. At one point, Pluto stuck my son's head in his mouth.

I think she mistaken of the one at WDW that one is on the second story. But in Anaheim CA the castle is almost like a monument that has small little shop on the ground floor and it use to have a small walk through (it reopening this year sometime). But I suggest that you call this number to see what else they have for a princess: (714) 781-DINE (3463)
