| Help using PhotoPass CD When I pop it in the comp. and then the browser opens up and says click here to view your photos, nothing happens. Does anyone know what I can do? I use netscape.

| It could be a glitch. We use Explorer and were able to open the folder, but when we went to open the picture folders, it stalled on us. Disney sent another out. I think there is a number you can call for assistance? We emailed them and they sent one out to us without asking questions. I'm not sure what to try, to make sure it's not user error, rather than the disk, but just wanted to let you know it could be the disk (our replacement worked just fine).

| Do you maybe have a Pop up blocker runnning?? That's the only think I can think of. Good luck
