| We enjoyed our trip to DL in 2005. We stayed off property and the walk to the park was 10-15 minutes max. Cheaper and still nice. We rented a car since we were also visiting my in-laws in Temecula and flew into Ontario. My advice would be to fly in as close as you can. The traffic stinks in CA. I will say that I enjoyed DCA more than DL simply because DL felt crowded with all the stuff packed into a small area. DCA seemed to be more spread out. Maybe it was just me, but that was a feeling I got. I also felt better prepared for WDW than for DL? I'm a total planner and I just didn't feel like there was as much info. on DL as there is WDW.
