I know that I actually know what they are it's just my brain won't let me access the information. Similar to EMH. I know it is only offered on certain days. Is it both parks or just one? My trip is in 95 days and I'm starting to buckle down and plan. We are staying at VGC since I know that matters. Thanks in advance for the help.
Correct me if I am wrong, but this is what I am remembering:
Magic Morning is only available @ Disneyland, not CA. It is available Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. Fantasyland & Tomorrowland are the only areas open, and not every ride/attraction will be available.

That's true! When we visited over Spring Break this year they added Magic Mornings, and they were available every day. It wasn't published on Disneyland.com or anywhere else I could see on line. There was just a temporary sign up at the entrance to Disneyland Park. It was a nice surprise.
You'll have access to every Magic Morning during your stay since you're staying at a Disney Hotel. Enjoy!
Debi is correct, at this point BUT, there is talk that Disney may be FORCED to have DCA open and close the same hours as DL once CL opens in June. There is plans on the table to handle this if their 'guesstamation' is correct about the popularity of CL and the crowd draw is as large as they think it might be. At present Magic Mornings/Early Morning Hours only pretain to DL but could carry over to DCA later, if what I am told is true. 51 MORE DAYS to the GRAND OPENING!!!!
