So I am planning our very first trip to DLR sometime next spring, but I have no idea when would be a good time to go for crowds. We want to go anytime between Jan.-June and it will be a long weekend (Friday morning to Sunday night). Thanks for the imput!
I just looked at touringplans. They don't have predictions for next year yet but it looks like early May is a great time to go for low crowds as long as you avoid any holidays.
The absolute lowest crowds that I know of are in the first two weeks of May.
Late January is usually pretty good too. The first week of March is also not TOO bad but there is usually a cheerleading competition in DCA during that time frame as well so it can clog things up a bit at times.
Early May is great, been there in May for the past two years (going back again 5/1/2013). Not only is Disneyland less crowded it's the same for all attractions in OC and in LA. Great time to go to Southern California.
Thanks for the link! We have finally narrowed down our date for 2013. After checking out Spring Breaks for the school district in Anaheim and Clark County Nevada, we've decided to hit Disney March 19 for a two or three night stay. Unfortunately, Arizona looks to have their Spring Break during this time, but we'll at the park mid-week, so we are hoping for less crowds
