My family and I were fortunate enough to visit Disneyland back in June 2012, opening day of Cars Land. I am planning another trip around the first of March this year and was wondering if there is anything new in either parks or Downtown Disney since our last visit. Thanks for your time!

The opening of Cars Land marked the completion of the DCA re-theming. Buena Vista Street opened (officially) at the same time. At Disneyland Park, Carnation Cafe and the Matterhorn rehab were finished at the same time.
Earl of Sandwich opened at Downtown Disney in November.
Otherwise? Princess Fantasy Faire at DLP is closed, and will re-open in summer as Fantasyland Theater. Plaza Gardens is closed and will re-open in 2014 as Fantasy Faire. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is closed for major rehab until October 2013.
