Late August Trip? Some Questions DH and I are contemplating a late August trip to DL. What are the crowds like the last two weeks of August? Also, we are thinking of drving down from Washington in an RV but we'd want to spend 2-3 nights at one of the resorts on property. Would they have a place for us to park a 40+ ft motorhome?

Re: Late August Trip? Some Questions DL is at it busiest (ignoring Christmas and Spring Break) from approximately the first of June through Labor day. I arrived the day after Labor Day one year and it was almost no waiting. ![]() Of course, the weekends are busier that the week days. If you can come on a week day you can make the best of a busy season. ![]()

Re: Late August Trip? Some Questions I went during the last week of August, and it wasn't that full, though people were sitting down for Fantasmic! about 3 and a half hours before show time...

Re: Late August Trip? Some Questions Let me see if I can remember crowds in late Aug. Alot of the schools do not start up for fall semester until after Labor Day. So I would say expect lots of crowds. To answer you RV question all I can say is that everytime we have stayed on site at the resort there has always been RVs of some sort in the the parking lot between the Paradise Pier Hotel and the Disneyland Hotel right behind the AMC Theatre. I would call and ask what they can do for you.
