Kent covered a lot of our final thoughts all ready but I did want to add a few things.
Ethan has been doing trips to Disney since he was 3 months old and he has always enjoyed himself but this time was the first time I really saw him "get" the magic. He is an easygoing boy so he likes to do anything if he is with his mommy, daddy and big brother. This time we saw him get excited in line and wave at the characters as we got closer. I would say he liked Heimlich"s Chew Chew, Dumbo and Teacups the very most and he did so well with POTC. Ty is a disney pro and we are able to add new rides and experiences every time we go.
We loved the Disneyland Hotel again! The room was perfect and our view could not be beat. The remodeled rooms are amazing and although I will always have a special place in my heart for the Grand Cali we would stay at the DLH in a second.
As far as food goes we were very happy with everything except our Surf's Up breakfast. We will stick with Goofy's Kitchen in the future. Too bad especially considering the cost of character meals.
Although Kent enjoyed WoC and is encouraging me to try it on out Labor Day trip I think I will wait. I would like to see some of the kinks worked out and the hype die down a bit. I have watched the video that Kent took and it does seem very cool and I am sure I will se it someday. The boys enjoy watching "fountain" quite a bit.
We leave for California again here shortly and I have started a PTR so feel free to follow us on that trip as well. Thank for every read along with us on this one and we loved all the wonderful comments!!!
