| I don't think that there is such a thing as cheap tickets to the Zoo. We have annual passes to there, Sea World and of course DL. If you belong to AAA I think you can get a discount on the price and if you do belong to AAA check with them to see if you can buy the tickets through them. |

| Other than maybe a AAA discount and the military discount, I don't believe there is anything cheaper. :If you are doing Sea World, Universal and 3 days at DL in addition to the Zoo, you can save a little bit of money overall by getting the Southern California City Pass. It includes 3 days of DL admission, one day at Sea World, one day at Universal Studios and one day at either the Zoo or Wild Animal Park. Adults = $259 and kids = $219. ![]()

| Check with Costco. We got discounted Legoland tickets and they also had the City Pass available. I can't remember which specific San Diego parks they had... (Also, check the expiration of the tickets - we had one that expired in 3 days Also, do you have the Entertainment book? Again, not sure, but they may have a discount in there...

| There are coupons on the fliers in the hotel and restaurant literature racks. We took one with us, but our AAA card gave us a little better discount. Are you a member of your local zoo? Check and see if it gets you into the SD Zoo -- some reciprocal membership benefits include free admission, some are discounts.

| I would check around for coupons or AAA/Costco kinds of membership discounts. The one day ticket package is a good value - it includes admission, the bus tour, kangaroo bus (hop on and off at different locations) and skyfari ride.
