| Anabella Hotel Has anyone stayed at the Anabella recently? What did you think? I think Candy Cane Inn will probably get my booking, but I like some of the room arrangements here (I will be traveling with a friend and her 12 year old daughter). Thanks. | Re: Anabella Hotel I stayed there in May, 2005. First assigned to a cute but TINY (we refered to it as the shoe box room) room right next to the housekeeping break room. After a very noise early morning wake up ( the housekeeping staff was actually standing outside my window talking at 4:30 am, reading the newspaper that was left for our room...one guy was actually leaning up against our door), I marched over to the lobby at 5:00 am and complained. I was immediately upgraded to a large king room. The hotel is pretty, and the front desk staff very friendly, and aside from our noise problem, my only complaint is there is just one tiny laundry room (2 washers, 2 dryers) for this very large hotel. Would I stay there again? Probably! |
