| Anyone know about 'net access at the Grand Californian I'm stuck at work and don't have my DLR PassPorter with me. Does anyone know what the charge for internet access is there? Do they have wireless in the lobby? Do they have wireless access in the guest rooms? Prices? Can't find anything out by searching online... Eileen

| Eileen - In the DL Passporter, it says in room high speed access, and wireless access in public areas are "free" when you pay the $10/day + 15% tax resort fee ![]()

Oh, yeah!! That makes the "resort fee" a little more reasonable. I'll definitely be bringing the laptop then!! Thanks, Marnie!Eileen

| Yes. It is included in the resort fee. I used it all last week and it was nice not having to "time" my 24 hours. The cord I had at the Grand Californian was pretty long too which was a nice change. So yes- definitely bring your laptop

| Just wanted to mention that the net access at the Grand Californian was excellent -- I tapped into the wireless network in the lobby without a lick of problem. The room was another issue, but that was only because my Dell laptop wanted me to have my power cord plugged in. Once I did that, it worked flawlessly. If only my roomies had been less active, I could've gotten on more frequently. As it was, I think I only stole ten minutes on the boards one afternoon before they were yelling at me to "get moving!"
