| Concierge level - worth the extra?? In planning my trip, seems I can get a concierge level room at PP for less than a standard room at DGC. Any pro's or con's on either? |

| We stayed a couple of nights concierge at the Disneyland Hotel and really enjoyed it. Although we had meals booked while we were staying there, we could have easily skipped a couple of meals with the amount of food they provide.

| I've also wondered this, because since we bought into the AKV, I've been wondering about taking the Concierge-only tour that they offer. Besides offering like, breakfast-type foods, and snacks and wine, are there really any other advantages to staying Concierge?

| I think the answer would be found in how much you want to spend and do you care where you stay. I GCH. I would stay there every trip if I can. This past trip we used DVC points and stayed at GCH-Concierge. Absolutely loved it! Of course, I'm spoiled. I all concierge levels! If your heart is not set on the GCH, it sounds like the PP offer is such a better deal. We never buy breakfast when we stay on any concierge level. At DL we found we rarely bought drinks/snacks. Everything's so close so it was easy to pop in and grab a soda/snack at GCH. I know PP is a little more of a walk, but I think it still could save you extra $$$ with drinks/snacks. And of course, if you want to try both places you could split your stay.
