| Fairfield Inn As far as I can tell (without driving the 4 hours down to Anaheim), it looks like the Fairfield is pretty darn close to the parks. And, well, there's a great deal right now through Expedia for the time we're planning to go. So, can anyone give me thumbs up/down and comments on the quality of the Fairfield experience?

| I wish I could comment on this hotel in particular, but I have never stayed there. I have stayed in other Fairfield Inns and found them to be very nice places. Hope you get a better response soon!

| I have never stayed ther either but I did get the chance to tour it during an Agent Education Program at Disneyland. Out of all the Good Neighbor Resorts they showed us it was my favorite. It looked very clean etc. Hope that helps.

| Like most "Good Neighbor" hotels across from DL the doors are outside, no inside hallways so you may be subject to traffic noise from the busy freeway right behind the hotel. Other than that it is a decent hotel with a walk to the main gate of about 7-10 minutes. |

| DH and I stayed at the Fairfield in Dec. 2002. We liked it. The doors do open to the outside, but you actually go "into" the building to the lobby area to use the elevators. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but the time we did was comfortable. If I remember correctly, we were supposed to stay at another Good Neighbor hotel for that trip. We were booked through Disney Travel - we called one day to add an extra night to our trip and were told that they had a stay 3 nights/4th night free deal, but it wasn't available where we were booked - so we moved to the Fairfield. We usually prefered to stay at some of the properties right at the cross-walk. However, the walk wasn't too bad (this was pre-DS for us though). It's also a nice proximity to some great restaurants as well. We haven't stayed there since - not because we didn't like it, but because we now have DS and prefer being even closer. Hope that helps someone.
