| Which hotel? I'm thinking of going to DL in 2001 and I remember seeing on the Travel Channel a show about DL and that one of the hotels have the lobby exit pretty much right into one of the Parks. Could you tell me which one and how good is it compared to the other two? Thanks

| The Grand Californian hotel has an exit into Disney's California Adventure. I have walked through the hotel but never stayed there. The lobby and grounds are gorgeous, and I've heard great things from those who have stayed there. Melissa

| I've only stayed at the Grand Californian, never the DL Hotel or Paradise Pier, so I can't compare them for you. I can tell you GCH is nice (super nice), but SUPER expensive. Had I not been sharing the room price with 2 other people I never could have afforded it. And I would have been a tad disappointed in the room if I had paid that all myself. I mean, it's nice, but it really is just a hotel room. There was nothing there that blew me away. Our view was awesome (right above Grizzly River Run), though, and if that is something you are looking for this is the one and only hotel for you.

| Thanks. As of now, if I go to DL it will be by myself so I was just wondering about that part of the hotel. I'll look into the rest a bit later. Thanks again.
