| Question for DLH on DVC points? Hello. We have always gone to WDW but I wanted a change and told my hubby he might enjoy CA even though it is definitely different than WDW. My question is, should we get 2 connecting rooms or spend the extra points on a 1 or 2 bedroom. From what I understand, it would be more beneficial to get connecting rooms instead of a 1 bedroom. It would be me, hubby, 3 children, ages right now are 7, 4, and 14 months. There is a possibility my mom might come too. Thanks for any info.

| As far as I know, none of the three resort hotels have 1 or 2 bedroom suites. We belong to the DVC and have stayed at the GCH and at the DLH, both being standard hotel rooms. Sometime by 2009 or 2010, the GCH will have 2 bedroom villas for the DVC. To best answer your questions concerning either, I would suggest you contact DVC directly and ask them. Trust me, they will NOT steer you wrong. We are going to be spending a few of our DVC points this New Years by staying at the DLH from Dec 30th thru Jan 1st. |

| What you might want to ask Member services is how many points would a 1 BR suite cost? I can't remember where I read some reviews of the suites, but I want to say that getting connecting rooms might be better. Depends on which is more cost effective for you. Reminder: make sure that using your points is what you want to do and you are sure about your trip dates, etc. I am going to DL in February for a special event and I made sure I had everything else (event was a go, plane tix, etc) before i booked the room (GCH). If you cancel, the points, which are reservation points, must be used by the end of your use year (by 9/30/08 for me) and cannot be used at DVC resorts.
