ParkPlaceInn and Mini Suites

I just got a quote for Dec 2010 and want to know what you think The online rate is cheaper then the hotel is telling me for the dates I want and when I called the hotel the girl said that if I did the online booking they would would have to honor the rate. I explained my concerns to HeatherD since she has stayed there many a time in December but has anyone had any problams with a online quote being given and then changed How do I make sure they honor it??Help would be greatly accepted!!

I PM'd you. But I wanted to repeat here that every online booking we've done (usually Jan or Feb of that year, so 11 months out) has been honored, even though rates may have gone up. One year, in fact, they went down and DH called and got the new rate.

Just make sure you get a print out of the confirmation, with the price listed. That is proof, if anything goes amiss at check-in or something...

I agree, always print out your reservation confirmation when booking online and take it with you. In all my years of booking online, I have never had an issue with a hotel NOT honoring the online price, but this simple step can give you the proof you need if there is ever any question.
