Question Coffee pots in Disneyland Hotel

I just realized after reading a post about coffee in the WDW boards, I don't know what the coffee pot situation is at Disneyland Hotel. Their website doesn't mention them at all and AllEars says they're available on request. After staying in mods at WDW, I just assumed there was a coffee pot already. Anyone have any idea if you have to request one? I was planning on being able to make coffee in the room instead of having to buy it every morning.

I can't answer the coffee pot in hotel room question, but a little coffee tip from a huge coffee addict. If you do buy coffee at Disneyland, purchase it at the Market House on Main Street. I think its about $2.80 for 16oz, but if you keep your receipt you can get free refills ALL day! Just show the CM your receipt and they'll get you a brand new cup. They offer regular, decaf, hazelnut and vanilla. I love flavored beans and their vanilla and hazelnut are quite delicious Also, there is a nice area right outside the Market House to sit and enjoy your coffee too! Just a little tip

I think I do remember our bellman on our last trip asking us if we needed one. I guess he thought with our two crazy boys we would need the caffeine?

I believe that you do have to request a coffee maker for the room, but it is free. I would request one upon making the reservations.

We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel over Thanksgiving and we had a coffee pot in the room - we got one of the newly-refurbished rooms and it was so fabulous!!

Sending pixie dust your way.

Hmmm, we had a coffee pot in our room at Paradise Pier - typical one with single-serving packets of coffee/creamer/sugar and no tea bags. I don't drink coffee, but remember it being there, because we put all our groceries in the same area.

We're staying in a refurbished room so maybe there will be one there. I think I'll add it to the ressie just to be on the safe side. DH needs his coffee in the morning.

They have coffee in the lobby of the Disneyland Hotel around 6 am and there is the little shop next to Goofy's Kitchen for a quick snack and coffee. I am not sure what is there as they had just fruit for me to eat. Mom liked the coffee from the lobby when we stayed there a year ago. Note that room service is way expensive for the amount of coffee you get. I only do room service for Mom.

I'm pretty sure the coffee pots are standard in the refurbished rooms (we had one without requesting it in December.) But, certainly doesn't hurt to request as well!
