Toon Town Morning Madness?

Someone explain how this works. I'm confused. Is there an "opening ceremony?" If so, is it every morning or just the mornings that TTMM opens early? If you go in on early entry for Fantasyland when Toon Town opens one hour after, does it still open at say 11 (park normal opening @10, early entry @9A). I'm trying to get schedule for Feb. done so we see as much as possible. I hope Disney is prepared. There are two gals coming who don't have to make the men happy!!!!

Toontown Morning Madness is only for those who purchased a package. I don't know the logistics, but it gets you into Toontown an hour early (and since TT doesn't open until an hour after the rest, I don't know if that before the park or when the park opens). You get interactions with character and stuff like that - things that wouldn't necessarily be available to the regular visitor.

They also have a little show and make everyone citizens of Toontown. We got a button! We found many characters just wandering with short or no lines. It is also a great time to see all the attractions in Toontown. We did everything (including the show, both rides, and a photo with the big cheese) in under an hour! I believe it's only held on certain days of the week, and those are days without early entry.

Sometimes TTMM runs on the same day as Magic Mornings. It is a ticketed event and you get the tickets when you buy a hotel/ticket package...or someone gives you their tickets. It is a ceremony type event in which everyone is named an honorary citizen of TT and they do pass out button type pins. TTMM is one hour before TT opens (which traditionally is an hour after the park opens)...not an hour after Magic Mornings start... so there's time to catch breakfast between a Magic Morning and TTMM if they're both on the same day...and if you do that, may I recommend breakfast at the Riverbelle Terrace out on the patio overlooking the Rivers of America. It's something Walt Disney liked to do on Sunday mornings and if you do it, you'll see why.
