| So, how much time will two adults that don't do roller coasters, and don't care if they see the shows actually need to spend at California Adventure? I haven't been to DLR since they were building it, I do want to see what's there, but I also want to head back over to the DL that evening. Any ideas on how much time we;ll actually need there.

| Well, there are some fun, non-thrill rides, but if you're not into rides or shows, it may be a short trip. We can spend the day there, easily. I would plan on a good portion of the day, and stay flexible based on what appeals to you. You may not want to ride CA Screamin' but you'll want to stroll along Paradise Pier and (hopefully) check out Toy Story Mania. The Pacific Wharf has some great counter service food and we absolutely love the Wine Country Trattoria, so I recommend that you stay for at lease one meal. I would say you don't need to bother with Playhouse Disney Live, but Turtle Talk with Crush (in the Animation building) is such a cool show - along with the other stuff to look at in there. And you have to do Soarin' Over California! I think you will find enough to do/see that you can be there until around dinner time. Depending on the hours of the parks, that still gives you time to head over to DL after dinner. And, if you find that you don't have enough to do, DL is such a close walk that you can just call it a day whenever and head across the way.

| Aladdin You may not be show people, but consider Aladdin--it is quite an experience! New theater and IMHO as close to "broadway"caliber as one can get!

| We're not into coasters at all either, but we could easily spend the day at the California Adventure. We've found it to be a beautiful park with a fair amount to see and do and lots to explore.

| I agree about Aladdin. It is the best show! We are two adults also and we spend quite a bit of time there. It depends on how much exploring you want to do with each "land" or section of CA. Toy Story and Soarin are two of our favorites!

| I would think you could do most everything you'd like to within a day. Aladdin is definitely worth the visit alone! Monsters, Inc is a totally different experience at DL than at WDW. The Animation Building doesn't really grab you when you first walk in, but we ended up spending nearly 2 hours there. Animation Academy & Turtle Talk are nearly the same as in WDW, but the Sorcerer's Workshop was amazing. Tortilla Mission Factory and the Boudin Bakery tour were interesting. While WDW has Soarin' - the area surrounding the attraction in DL is themed exceptionally well. a bug's land is also sweetly themed. We found ourselves absorbed with just taking everything in as we walked around. And, if you can top off your night with a viewing of the Electrical Parade, I think you'll find a pretty full day! Just make sure to check the calendar before you go, as Aladdin & the Electrical Parade aren't shown every day. Hope this helps!

| We totally agree with you there. In fact everytime we go to DL/DCA we never miss seeing one show. The Genie is a HOOT. I think he carries the show. I would certain recommend everyone see this show atleast once. It is a MUST on our list every time along with Soarin', which we do sever time in a day. |
