Question about attractions

I realize that every day is different, and wait times change...but can anyone give me just an overall impression based on past trips? On average, how many attractions can you squeeze in between breakfast and lunch? Say, you have a breakfast in the park right at opening, and a lunch ps around 12:30 or 1:00pm.

Here's my recent experience with my 4 year old (so mostly focused on Fantasyland.) If you are after a different age experience, someone else will have to comment ;-)

We were there right at opening (8am that day) and headed straight to Fantasyland. Rode: Peter Pan, Mr. Toad, Tea Cups, Alice in Wonderland, Carousel,Then waited in line to visit Tinkerbell (we were in line before this opened and still had to wait about 40minutes I'd say. Meeting the Princesses or Fairies takes a significant amount of time.) Then back to heart of Fantasyland for: Pinocchio, Story Book Land boats, Small World and into Toon Town for Gadget's Go-coaster, and exploring Goofy's area etc. We had a 12:30 lunch PS at Cafe Orleans but got there early at about 12:15pm

I think I am forgetting some of the other Fantasyland things we did...

Anyway, if you can get into Fantasyland right after the park opens, you can do most of the rides before lunch. After that the lines get soooo long for those very short rides!

I would actually advise against eating breakfast in the park if it eats into the valuable first hour of park time. It is so much nicer to get to practically walk onto rides.

If you are doing that as a way to meet characters though then it is time well spent because those lines move so slowly and are so hard for a preschooler to wait in.

Someone else will have to comment on an approach for the bigger, more thrilling rides.

Have fun!

in 11 hours in August in 2006 we were able to hit every big attraction at least once... and rode several (Splash Mountain, Big Thunder MT, and Haunted Mansion) twice (BTMRR we rode three times) We did not do shows, and other than taking a photo with Capt. Jack Sparrow we didn't meet with any of the characters. We did take in the parade (final showing of the night) and the fireworks.

not sure how many we did before lunch or dinner, but still.
