Feb is a good time to go, with weather mostly good (I have seen some occasional rain in Feb.), and the crowds light. San Diego weather is on average around 60 degrees in Feb, whereas Anaheim weather averages around 65 that time of year. We enjoyed Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel and Storyteller's Cafe at the Grand Californian. Also, we never miss dinning at the Blue Bayou in New Orleans Square, Disneyland.

Just a daily update on the weather today. The temperatures between San Diego and and DLR varies towards San Diego being a few degrees lower. The reason for this is that DLR (Anaheim CA) is 13 miles inland from the ocean (Newport Beach) and San Diego in on the ocean and will get breeze off the ocean.

Today the temperature is the same in both cities 68 F. and sunny.

As a past courier traveling up and down the coast mainly from the Los Angeles area by Freeway 5 (because of deliveries) to the Mexican border, both cities could have rain. In cases DLR might only be overcast and raining in San Diego. For local people from the El Toro area south.

In general probably about the same weather up and down the coast.

A lot of people don't realize what it really means when the seagulls fly north from San Diego when it is raining in both cities.

Do I assume you are going to DLR and the San Diego attractions?

Don't forget to ask us Prune Pickers for link information if you need it.

San Diego is on the ocean so it can be colder but not that much difference. I have no problem going to San Diego in winter unless we get our gusty winds and rain which have me hiding but they are the same here usually. In theory that will be a good time to go but you never know what Disney may concoct. It would not be to crowded.
