| Christmas is here...well...almost! I just returned from a quick trip to DLR with my kids, and on the tram returning to the parking structure, I saw the Main Street tree all decorated and sitting backstage. Unfortunately, I couldn't get my camera out fast enough because soon the tree was obscured by the eucalyptus trees that screen the backstage area...anyhow, I always thought they hauled in the tree and set it up on Main Street before they decorated it, but this one already had all the ornaments on. Now, I was thinking, there's a chance that this tree wasn't the Main Street one, but it sure looked big and tall enough to me! Anyhow, I'm just so happy I saw it, because it means one of my favorite times at Disneyland will be upon us soon! |

| I understand the change, but I'm sad that they no longer have a live tree at Disneyland. I used to love hearing about where they found it and tracking its travels through California. But, I'm getting excited about Christmastime at Disney too!

| They are assembling the tree backstage right now and people are seeing it from the trams and monorail if they are looking at the right spot. It is safer to use an artificial tree and saves live trees and money. I rather they have the safe artificial tree and use the money on CM salaries while saving one magnificent old tree from being cut down.
