Single Rider Way To Go

Just finished my first Disneyland visit. I hope to write a trip report soon. We are in San Francisco now. Thought I would share a little tip we found while there. Radiator Springs Racers line was anywhere from 3 to 4 hours. We arrived at the park 15 minutes before rope drop and went straight to the single rider line. We were off the ride in 30 minutes and we got to ride together. We also rode Matterhorn single rider. The standby wait was 70 minutes. We rode twice (both sides) using single rider in 15 minutes. And we ended up in the same car. It's definitely worth it to not waste so much time waiting in line.

Thanks for the tip - something I'll certainly keep in mind, especially as I've heard how long the Fastpass line is right now for the Radiator Springs Racers...

It's an incredible time saver if you can do it. The wait has been as long as 4 hours when we've been there. The single rider has been less than 45 minutes. And if there are only two of you, chances are very good that you will ride in the same car.

We recently spent 2 days @ DL (July 15th & 17th) also using the single rider line. The standby line was at 180 minutes. Yikes, but with single rider we waited 45 minutes. Our boys are older so we were able to do this.

Single rider is definately the way to go if you can. We were in line 3 and 1/2 hours last month (which included an hour break down) in very hot weather, but believe it or not...everyone in line was very civil...no complaining from adults and no meltdowns from any children.
