DL Paris...opinions/recommendations requested I am debating making a trip to visit my grandmother, who happens live about 15 minutes from DLP. I am considering bringing my DS along, as he hasn't seen her in two years. (at 93, she stopped traveling to the states) In any case, we haven't been to DLP since 2000. Wondering if it is worth a two or three day side trip? Any recommendations on things "not to be missed", hotels, etc would be appreciated! BTW, the trip would be in mid-March, not particularly great weather.

Re: DL Paris...opinions/recommendations requested Hi! I went last summer, 2005. I really enjoyed my visit even though it was only a day. I'm not sure what attractions are new since you visited, but our favorit rides were BTMR, Pinnochio, and Phantom Manor. The Lion King show is NOT to be missed. The Downtown Disney area is nice, I'm not sure if that would have been there on your last visit. I wrote a review on the subject that I posted here once before, email me at chelledun@gmail.com if you would like a link to it. I can't help with hotels because we stayed in the Latin Quarter and commuted to it by train.

Re: DL Paris...opinions/recommendations requested We last visited Disneyland Paris in 2003 and enjoyed it, although we found four days there to be too much. I'm trying to remember when the Studios first opened - are they new since your last visit? If so, we found Animagique and Cinemagique to be wonderful and unique attractions there. We stayed in the Newport Bay Club and thought it was lovely, although a bit of a walk from the parks. We had some great meals at the Sequoia Lodge and the New York hotel, as well in the park itself. If you have any specific questions about attractions, restaurants or hotels, please feel free to either PM me or ask away here.
