Who's going to Disneyland Paris 2008 list

Who's got plans to visit Disneyland Resort Paris in 2008?

If you plan on going, then tell us when, how long for and where you're planning on staying and how many times (if any!) you've visited the resort before. The topic will be sticky for people to post their plans as they make them!

We're thinking about it but not certain, it might well be the end of 08 or the beginning of 09.... When we go it will be our fourth visit, we last went in October/November 06 for Halloween which was a disappointment as it was so busy and not a patch on WDW's decorations/atmosphere

DH and I are looking at a London --> Paris --> DLP trip in late September/early October 2008. This will be our first time overseas!

We'd like to spend at least 3 days at the resort - DH wants to stay at the Disneyland Hotel, but I'm leaning towards the Sequoia (almost half the cost!)

We are planning on going in October 2008. Two weeks in France, three or 4 days at DLP and a couple days in Paris, then driving around the countryside for the rest of the time.

We thinking about going in Sept - don't have the actual dates yet as DS will be starting at Manchester Met fall term so we're thinking about heading over to Paris for 4-5 days after getting him settled and seeing London for a few days.

We're hoping to go for a day trip on Saturday 26 January 2008. We're taking the Eurostar to Paris and then it will depend on the weather. If it doesn't cooperate, then we'll stay in Paris, but fingers crossed we make it to DLP!

I'm going to DLP!

I can't believe it....

We are planning a girls week to Paris for March 19-27. Me, my mom, and my two sisters. It's all very impromptu. I'm dragging them to DLP, they have no choice.

Now, if I can just get a trip to Hong Kong before October '08 than I'll have visited all the Disney Parks in the same year, that would be too cool.

Off to plan my adventures...

Wow, that is cool! I'm hoping to have visited every Disney park in an 18 month period, starting with Paris this month and wrapping up with Tokyo maybe in May 2009....

Wow, guys, these all sound great!

We're thinking about going to DLP around Christmas 2008 as I've always wanted to see the holiday decorations.

Hi,
I'm just curious. How much is the fare (in US$) from London to DLP / Marne-la-Vallee - Chessy? Doesn't the Eurostar take you right there?
Seems like the train trip to DLP takes as long as the plane to WDW for me.

The Eurostar does take you right to Marne La Vallee Chessy from London St. Pancras and there's one direct train each day. It takes just over two and a half hours door to door and you have to check in for your train 30 minutes before departure. You're really best checking out the Eurostar site for fare costs, as if I try and give you a conversion from £ to $, I'll just scare you, as we're still running at just under $2 to every £1 right now.
