Has anyone been to these restaurants in DLP?

I wondered if anyone has been to Walts, Silver Spur Steakhouse and The Steakhouse (in Disney Village). If so what did you think of them, was the food good and would you recommend them?

Thanks

I've been to Walts a couple of times. It's one of the more "grown up" eateries in the park. The food was good quality but they charge accordingly. I thought the menu was quite creative (in a good way).
I do remember having a huge tower of chocolate sponge with warm chocolate sauce in the middle - this was before M&S started doing something similar (but smaller)!
