Looks like only Snow White is closed. You can check Disneyland Paris' website for info on opening times, show schedules, and closures: News and events calendar at DisneylandŽ Resort Paris

Thanks from me as well - I just came on to the Board looking for exactly this sort of info. I did go on to the official site but missed this somehow.
It doesn't have updates for my Sept trip yet but at least I know where to keep checking.
