I usually buy her something and have it shipped via mail to her. This year I decided that mom would probably love some flowers. She hardly ever gets fresh flowers. Look what I got her:  [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/questionicon.gif[/img] Hmmm..I wonder if this qualifies me for "Daughter of the Year"? | Re: SSSShhhhh Don\'t tell my mom I haven't done anything yet. Dsis sent her, and our 3 grandmothers flowers, with both of our names on them. Dsis takes care of Mother's Day, and I do X-MAS and their birthdays, usually. |

| Re: SSSShhhhh Don\'t tell my mom My mom passed away 2 years ago, but my grandma arranged for my cousin to cut and decorate my mom's grave with lilacs which were her favorite flower. We'll send grandma a card, maybe have dinner or lunch with her on Sunday. If the meal doesn't work out, we'll call her for sure. |

| Re: SSSShhhhh Don\'t tell my mom I always get her a combo gift since her B-day was on the 7th, and usually a little something extra. On her b-day she got a card and flowers and for mothers day she is getting the Wei East collection(on HSN) she has been wanting. Something she won't buy for herself. She already knows since I let her pick out the one she wanted. Hopefully it is here in time. |
