Who does this????

I went grocery shopping this am ( along with everyone else ) , the store was crowded, their were at least a couple people in every line- I saw a cart, no one with it, no food on the belt, the kid at the registered just shrugged and said for me to move the cart and put my stuff on the belt, which I did, then after ALL my cart full of groceries was unloaded, another woman came up and moved the cart and started putting her stuff up-- then the owner of the cart came back, arms full of "forgotten" stuff and was MAD!! WTH??? Who does this ?? I have forgotten things and run to get them, if they're close but not if its crazy busy...
Do you think thats inconsiderate and crazy to think no ones going to jump ahead???

I think it is inconsiderate of someone to leave a shopping cart in the way to save their place. If s/he took that long, s/he should not complain! S/he is next in line, anyway!

I always go with a list and for the most part, I check it before I get in line so this doesn't happen. Once in a while, I won't check but I'll only run if it's something I really need and it's not busy. If it's really busy, I'll check out, load up the car then go back in if it's something truly needed. If it's not something I need (doesn't matter if the store is busy or not), I'll just put it on my list for the next time.

At the very least it's inconsiderate. I either get out of line or go get the forgotten after I've checked out. If it's not busy and I know exactly where the item I want is I might run and get it assuming I'm behind somene that has half the store in their cart and I know there's absolutely no way all of it is going to get wrung up, bagged, and paid for in the few minutes it will take me to go get my forgotten item and even then if someone is behind me I'll tell them to go ahead of me if I'm not back before the person in front of me is done.

Some people! If we forget something, we usually check out and put the groceries in the car and then run back in. That woman should have waited her turn in line again.

How rude! If I forget something, I leave my place in line and take my cart and go back to get what I need. Then I will get back in line.

I am really amazed by how some people are so inconsiderate Like the whole world is supposed to wait on her. She is probably one of those passengers on Southwest(the show) that complain cause the plane left without here when she arrived late.
