I had to go off of anti-persperant but I always wear deoderant. It is the aluminum in the ap that is not good -actually blocks the pours to stop wetness. I belong to the Alzheimers assn. (my mother and aunt both died of it) and they recommended not using the ap.

Good luck. You sound like a very intelligent woman who may be a lot happier in a full time job. Besides easing the financial stress, I think working can make you feel so much more competent and worthwhile, especially if you are doing something you love.

I also found that even a few hours a day away from my children (I stayed at home and taught university classes when my boys were preschoolers) could really refuel me.
