Have you asked for a raise? If not, I'd get on the ball and ask for one. Make sure you have some reasons, such as taking on more work then you used to, the fact you haven't received a cost of living increase in years, etc. Sometimes if you don't advocate for yourself, you get lost in the shuffle. Good luck!
