| It Wasn't Diamonds, but a Nice Anniversary Present Anyway (Long) DH has been very very shady about what he was giving me for our anniversary. We've been married for 19 years, today. And always celebrate and exchange cards if not presents. He said we had to leave the house by 8AM to reach my present. The kids could go with our not, it didn't matter. On the way there, he told them is was something I've wanted really badly for quite a while. Harley Davidson with a sidecar?? NO Diamond ring ?? NO Volvo Station Wagon or SUV with 3rd seat? NO Trip to Aruba, St. Martin/St. Marteen, or Ireland?? NO Pappilian Puppy?? NO Okay - I'm out of ideas, and he's only driving to a strip mall in the next town from us. I'll just have to wait and see what it is. What it was wasn't very costly, but very, very thoughtful and something I had been pestering him about for YEARS! He took me to the Licensce Branch, and put my name on ALL of our vehicles, trailers, and other stuff. Up until today, my name was only on MY van's title. His was (on paper), the sole owner of: truck, car, pontoon boat, fishing boat, trailers for both boats, and the trailer for the large Kudoba tractor we own. I've always been worried that if something happened to him, His kids or someone or just the courts would make it hard for me to keep or sale those items. Now, we both own everything we own.

|  How sweet. I would love to have my name on stuff, but then being military would have to change plates to every state we moved to if we did. Happy Anniversary!

| Happy Anniversary! How very neat! Like CMhand, being military, I never got to "own" anything. When Sulley retired, he had our first new vehicle titled in MY name with his as survivor....  You are right, it really is neat! congrats!
