|  DH lost his wedding ring !! DH has gained a few pounds since we got married a million years ago. His ring got tight on his finger. I TOLD him many many times to go to a jeweler and get the ring sized, but he was always too busy. He started wearing it on his pinky finger. On Saturday we drove to Rochester to spend the afternoon with our oldest who goes to college there. We went to a few stores, out to lunch, and then DH announces that his ring is missing. He has no clue when he saw it last. GGGRRRRRRRR !!!!!!!!!

|  Oh, I'm so sorry!Been there. Done that. Lost my wedding ring on the way to FL. Mine was too big for me and so I took it off to wash my hands in the ladies room - remember the exact rest area and get a sick feeling every time we pass it to this day! I put it in my fanny pack and my pack was stolen! It happened in 2005. The ring was over 20 years old so it was no longer available. I watched ebay (still do at times) in hope that it will appear one day. Don't be too hard on him! I know, easier said than done. I know I feel terrible to this day and I'm sure he does too! Hope his turns up!!

| my dad lost his wedding ring in the first few years that he and my mom were married... he was out fishing and in the cold water his finger got smaller and it slipped off... it happens... that he can find a replacement or that he somehow finds it in a pocket or something

| Hikie lost his once while refereeing a high school football game. I made him take me back to the field and we walked back and forth from the sidelines to mid-field (the side he was line judge on) looking for it. On about the 15 yard line, I found it. Now, bless his heart, he has to wear it on his right hand as his fingers go a bit bigger after he broke his arm last year. I've told him he needs to go to the jeweler as well. Will he listen....

| Both parents have lost their rings. Mom wants to renew vows so she can get a new ring, Dad doesn't want to because he said he'll end up losing that one too... Which is true!

|  Looks to me like his punishment should be some vow renewal ceremony? AT LEAST a special ring exchanging dinner!  Perhaps at WDW? Maybe you can pick up another and you can propose in a romantic way?Hope the  wears off soon for you!
