| Pixies for the Compa family (and mine too) I grew up in a very small, rural NE Ohio town. Every neighbor was like family and our small church congregation was even closer. My Pastor, Rev. Ralph Compa, has been like a second grandfather to me. He has been my Pastor, mentor and counselor for 34+ years, he married my mom and dad, baptised my brother and me, married Tom and I, and dedicated our kids. He passed on last night in the midst of his family and at peace. Last year, his dear wife, Audrey, passed on, September 11th. Please keep his family and mine, and our church in our thoughts and send pixies up to NE Ohio. These were wonderful people and home will never be the same without Pastor Ralph. The worst part for me is that I have no way of getting home in time for the funeral because I have to be on duty and can not take leave. I'm sure he understands...seeing as how he is a WWII vet, but it breaks my heart to not be there with our families to remember all the best times.
