| We finially Closed on the House!!! I am no longer a home owner! In todays horrible housing market, I am happy to say we sold our house in MD!!!!! DH closed on it a few minutes ago! I am dancing!  Months ago I had posted about not getting anyone to look at it and the one horrid offer we got.  Well a couple months ago he got a decent offer from a young couple that is excited to buy their first house.  We did drop the price considerably and only lost a couple thousand but are very gratefully to have sold the place. Two other houses on the block have been up for sale for over six months, and ours sold first!!! Oh, DH let them in last night to paint, they painted the master bedroom purple!  I had tan in there. Oh well, not my house anymore.

| DH had his final "talk" with his commander today. And on Monday can sign out of his unit and start driving down here! Should be here no later than Wednesday!
