|  More bad news I posted that a few weeks ago we lost a fantastic human. He was only 40. Today I got a call from another close friend of mine and she told me her husband had a stroke  He is only 50 and like our other friend he is in incredible shape, doesn't smoke,drink and only eats salad and chicken breast. He is in the hospital and seems okay. The next 24 hours will be telling. I cant believe this has happened. Life is to short to get caught up in nonsense. These two events have really opened my eyes. All you women hug your men and viceversa.

| Sometimes I wonder if eating healthy really makes a difference? Hope your friend gets better soon.. My BF's DH had a stroke a few years ago (he was only 54) he is doing really well now..

| So true, you never know what will happen. I lost my precious husband to cardiac arrest a few years back on October 29th. Hug them and tell them you love them.
