| MMMM this merger may work out great for me !! The Autoglass company I work for has bought another autoglass company and are in the process of merging the 2 companies. The purchased company had a store right in my home town too. My company had me go there this past week for a few days to help them training them with our system. What was great was I was able to walk to work, that's how close this store is. They are a busy store and they are down one sales rep. One of the SRs said why don't I transfer. That has put a bug in my ear. I mentioned it to my direct boss that I would not mind transfering as well as our manager and his assistant who are also managers over all the stores in our district. When my direct boss asked if I was really so close I could walk, I told him yup, I am only a few blocks away. He told me that I will be helping them out again, matter of fact, I will be working there a lot. I can't help but wonder if it has been discussed about me being transfered. I did find out from one of my fellow SR's that did work for the other company that they have been looking for someone to work in my local store for awhile now. It would be great if I transfered as I could walk to work every day saving on gas. Right now I have a 30-35 minute drive each way. Only downfall would be is I would probably have to leave the Disney store as it would turn out to be an hour and 20 minute drive for me due to traffic on the highway. Oh, and I would not be working in the same office as Nancy. I am actually quite excited thinking about transfering and really hope I get too!!   |

| Nothing about a transfer yet, but I am going to be working the local shop here in Watertown to help out since they just changed over to our system. My manager said I may be there all week long. So I get to walk to work on Monday |
