We just buried my mother today, she wasnt sick and no not really young except at heart. She was in her early 80's. I spoke to her on the phone the night before and she had no complaints. At the wake people kept coming up to us and said they had just talked to her or they had gone out with her the night before. She died peacefully in her bed. It looked like she had been watching TV shut it off and was just on her side in the bed. She was always ready to go on a trip and Disney world was destination a couple of times a year. I know it was how she wanted to go and we are all glad we had been together on Christmas day.
