We went to WDW in Sept 2009 and she was 2 at the time. She really didnt care much about it. SHe wasnt into the characters when we did the dining or saw them. We just got back from Orlando and did 4 days of WDW and all she talks about is going back. She absolutely loves it now. Everytime I ask her if she is ready to go she says "We go to Disney". I just love it. She will be 4 this month so now I keep telling my DH that I have to plan a mother daughter trip. That is hard to do since DH and I are already going in May for our anniversary.
If I have my way we difinately will feed her obsession. Funny thing is she has been a tomboy forever. She has 2 older brothers. She plays with cars and guns and no dolls but today she was showing me stuff she wanted for her birthday and it was all Disney princess stuff. I do have to say I was happy...
Nice! I love it! I had gone to WDW twice by the time I was 4 and my parents were the same way! I was born into a Disney family so there was no escaping it, but I wouldn't have it any other way. We lived (and still live) by an airport, and everytime a plane went overhead my parents and grandparents would ask me where it's going and I would always respond "Disney World!!!" I pretty much thought it's where all planes went, since that's the only place I had ever gone in a plane. (And still to this day it's the only place I've gone in a plane...I do know now they go a few other places too...)

First - congrats on brainwashing her! I succeeded in brainwashing my kids fairly early in their lives. So far, they all still love it!
I laughed at your description of your DD. She sounds like my DD Lauren at that age - except Lauren is the 4th DD, and her brother is really her half-brother and has never lived in the same house, besides, he was 15 when she was born.
We're always telling people that Lauren is our biggest Tom-Boy, and our biggest Girly-Girl all in one!
ie: She loves to fish, baiting the hooks, and cleaning the fish with no problem - but she's terrified of spiders and screams like a girl when she sees one
She is very active in karate - just finished competing in the AAU National Tournament, and she competed with perfectly manicured finger and toe nails. She was upset when she got a chip on the beach!
She doesn't know how to sit "Like a lady" no matter how much I admonish her, but she loves dressing up.
In one corner of her room are a hunting bow and arrows, a (locked) gun case holding her hunting gun (the bullets aren't even in the house) - and in another are ALL of the historical American Girl dolls, with their horses, tea tables, etc. (although she's finally decided she's too old for these, so they'll be going up in the attic soon)
