If you could spare some pixies for my SIL's mother, it would be greatly appreciated. She was in a serious car accident last night/early this morning and is in critical condition. She was the passenger in a car that was hit head on by another vehicle (the driver of the other car was pronounced dead at the scene). My SIL's mother and the driver of her car had to be airlifted to the regional trauma center. She is lucky to be alive and if they had not done a breathing tube at the scene, she would have not survived. My brother just texted me that she has surgeries scheduled today and the doctors cannot tell them everything will be ok yet.
My SIL's mother is a very dear woman who I have known for over 25 years. My nieces and nephew recently lost my mother this year due to cancer, and I pray they don't lose another grandmother so soon to a horrible accident.
