I am dealing with a difficult neighbor. We have a disputed property line, and need to repair our driveway. The contractors came up with a plan to repair the bridge under our driveway while remaining on our property - via my neighbor's plot line, to be safe. Negotiations to try and benefit him with the repairs went downhill fast (wanted a permananet, unlimited easement to use my driveway whenever/for whatever he wanted. we said no). Repairs are set to begin any time, and I know it's going to be a headache. He has been in trouble in town before - with conservation committee for clearing area next to the river, etc. We have approval from the town to proceed, but DH and I are really stressed about this. All pixies would be appreciated. I know there are worse neighbors out there, but this one is hard enough to deal with for me!
I had to deal with a nightmare neighbor when we lived in AL, so I understand your stress and frustration! Here are some pixies that all goes as smoothly as possible with your project!
Good luck. We've had the crazy neighbors before, too. We had to get a court order for one to stop mowing our lawn!! He'd just come over when he thought it was too long and whack it right on down. Since we like our grass to be 3" tall, and he thought a scalped yard was a good yard, we had problems.
Hope the repairs to your drive go well! Pixies that your neighbor minds his own business and keeps to his property.
