Is it too early to suggest he brush up his resume and start sending it out?
Thank you for the prayers and for the suggestions!
As for the projects....when we moved here to Florida, we moved into a new house. We love our home and there really is not much to do! And the lawn work and the landscaping are done through the HOA, so those jobs are taken care of.
As for the resume. We have updated it and have been sending it out to numerous places throughout southwest Florida for 3 weeks now.
So....we continue to hope and pray that a great job opportunity will come soon!
Thank you again!!!

I have no connections, but perhaps someone else here does.
He is a carpenter by trade, but for the past 18 - 20 years he has been in management. He has been a project manager and estimator for an excavation and demolition company and then since moving to Florida he has been a general manager of a concrete cutting and drilling company.
He has been in charge of many projects throughout his career. One of the largest projects he was in charge of was a large hospital renovation.
Hopefully he will be able to find something very soon!
Thank you again!
I wish I could help, I have all kinds of projects around the house I'd love to get done. I'm afraid the commute would be killer for him though. Best of luck to him finding something soon.
