| The Latest... DS,Christopher is home, but the MD had to open his leg yesterday- the little guy was all excited by the "green stuff"! He had to miss the Fireman's Carnival, which upset him terribly. He hopes to begin playing soccer this week but we'll see...
The good news is that DD,Pam, played her flute in the County Solo Fest last night. This was her first time performing a level 5 piece, which are usually done by 10-12th graders(Pam's in 6th).She was magnificent and got a 97 out 100, which was an A+!
What would my life be without drama and a crisis?!
I had just started a new job and it vanished in a puff of smoke, so now I am unemployed once again, with a brand-new,expensive lease and having to move in July. So let's see,out of a job, sick kid, ending a realtionship that meant the world to me, having to move... ain't life grand? I'm so glad that I have all of you |

| Re: The Latest... Tons of pixie dust on the way. You will get through this. I thought I was at the end of my rope and then all the cards fell right where they needed to. I will add you to my prayer list as well. Remember We are here for you.

| Re: The Latest... Sending more pixie dust and prayers your way from WV! Really cool about your DD, hope DS recovers soon. Don't laugh at this, but have you considered reading the book of JOB in the Bible? I think you might find some comfort in it. I can't help but to remember that old song from the TV show "HeeHaw", "Gloom, despair...if it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all..." Sorry for all you are dealing with. Keep us posted! | Re: The Latest... Pam played one of the Telleman sonatas-thank you for asking(Las week she used "Meditation" by Thais). She will be playing in a trio on Monday night with a senior and her teacher, at the high school small ensemble concert. She really is something! Christopher is healing OK- now we are trying to do something about the dog. The attack was completely unprovoked; the animal is half chow and quite feral in attitude. The family has a 7 and a 4 year old, and this is an older dog that was not well trained. They are new to the neighborhood. Thanks for all of the "caring". |
