| Thank You---I felt the Pixie Dust How do you really say thank you to friends? I do not feel that I have the correct words to thank you. I had a very difficult day yesterday and I really think your thoughts and pixie dust got me through.
The board meeting when well, very, very long but well. I am concerned about one board member and her attitude but I'm hoping for the best.
The OCCT is absolutely the worse test I've ever seen. I feel like I'm abusing the children by subjecting them to this torture. A two hour reading test for children fourth grade and under is awful.
My little special needs child when balistic and starting head butting and hitting everyone in site (he does not conform to any changes in the daily schedule) so as pre planned his mom came to get him....I feel so sorry for her, he kicked, bite, spit and hit her over and over as she tried to get him to the car. How she is going to handle him when he gets bigger I do not know.
Then my principal forgot that she was suppose to observe me---now this is after planning a "special math lesson" that she wanted to see. She wants me to "plan another" for Thursday....and email her to remind her to come. Can you believe it? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
Today we still have to deal with the test 90 minutes of math but then hopefully the week will get better.
Thanks for being there for me....I know your good wishes got me through the day!!! |

| Re: Thank You---I felt the Pixie Dust Glad your day went ok, but how incredible about the principal! My son, who is in 1st grade, is starting the CRCT tests tomorrow and I wonder how he's going to handle the hours and hours of testing that he has for 3 days in a row. |
