What my 7 yr. old asked me yesterday.

Tells me that I have been way to stressed out lately. I was just being the mom that I used to be. (not yelling, and asking them to do things that were optional, telling them to do things that weren't, but in a nice voice)

My daughter did the same thing to me 2 weeks ago. "Boy Mommy, you've been so happy since we moved in here. I like you know"

I actually turned red from embarrassment in front of my 5 year old peanut. How humbling. I too felt (.).

I was MISERABLE in our old house, watching SuperNanny really gave me freedom to parent correctly and stop losing my cool and things have so great this past year. After her comment, let me tell you I watch my own attitude problems very closely now.
