My mom is silly. She lives in Vermont one of the most beautiful states in the US. Often she will wonder out into the Vermont countryside with her camera and take a few rolls of film of barns and cows and landscapes. Last week she was driving down to see my grandparents and she was alittle early so she jumped off the I-89 in search of a barn you could see from the interstate. Simple enough right? After wondering around for about 20 minutes she found a dirt road that looked promising. As she drove up the road she decided it was probably not the right way then she saw a barn that might be “the one” and started toward it. A farmer that was checking his field asked my mom what she was looking for. “That isn’t the barn ma’am but you are welcome to take some photos of it.” Mom drove up the driveway toward the barn and a lady from the house came running chasing her car and started yelling at her. Mom stopped the car and explained that she had permission from the farmer in the field to drive up to take photos of the barn. The lady wasn’t mad she just wanted to make sure mom wasn’t lost! She never did find the barn she was looking for!
