| Well it could\'ve been worse....
I'm just back from the dentist and no root canal treatment today. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/thewave.gif[/img]
Instead he took out that troublesome nerve and seemed quite pleased to have got it out, but he wasn't pleased by how long it took - apparently it should've taken 10 minutes, but it took 45 minutes. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/blushing.gif[/img] The worst part was the first injection, very painful and I had to take a time out in the waiting room after that, but fortunately after that, I didn't feel anything more - thank goodness. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/082502yes_prv.gif[/img] I feel much better now than I did after the last treatment a couple of weeks ago, although I'm still very numb obviously. I think that must be down to all the great pixie dust I had from you guys. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/grouphug.gif[/img] [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/thanx.gif[/img]
He reckons the root canal treatment itself will take about two and a half hours, so I'm booked in for that in a month's time. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/eek.gif[/img]         |

I'm glad it went better today!!! (Was the first injection in the roof of your mouth? I remember when I had root canal they did that-- and wow, I wasn't prepared for that pain!)
