| A sad update about my dog Max
We had to put Max to sleep today. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/zcry.gif[/img] [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/zcry.gif[/img] [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/zcry.gif[/img] I miss him more than words can say already. I hear him around the house, look for him in every room.
He continued to refuse food and the rest of his body shut down. We did everthing medically possible. I could not see him suffer any more. I guess his refusal to eat was his way of telling me that it was time to go in the only way he could.
Thank you to everyone who sent pixies, kind words, and kind thoughts our way. |

So sorry to hear this Kristin... But, you had to do what was right for Max...
As for hearing him around, I had to put my Dalmatian down just before Thanksgiving 2002. Here's some photos of her...
Jan and I still hear Baby around the house, and sometimes we can feel her, especially when we're at the computers where she used to come lay on our feet...
Though they may be physically gone, they'll always be alive in our hearts and memories...  | |
