So the doctor says... (sore foot update)
I need a bone scan. He said that my symptoms still present "evidence of a stress fracture, if not multiple stress fractures" [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/jawdrop.gif[/img], but until they do a bone scan they just can't be certain. I don't particularly want this test because they will inject radioactive dye into me. His nurse is making the appointment for me and figures I should be able to have the test within a week to 10 days.

Great. Now I need pixies to help my foot feel better, AND pixies to be brave and not blow this thing all out of proportion. After all, it's not like they're going to inject me and suddenly I'll turn into the Hulk, or develop Spidey Senses, right? (although Spidey Senses might be cool.... Jordie had a bone scan when she broke her back in gymnastics. It's NOTHING. Except.... the stuff they inject you with is in a stainless steel syringe. It looks freaky. It is totally cool to look at your skeleton under the viewer, though. Don't worry! [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/luck.gif[/img]
