My wife tried one of these and it's ... YUM. The first few slurps taste like an orange creamsicle, and then the grand marnier kicks in a bit. Quite tasty!
I tried the recipe listed above, although I couldn't find the Florida Natural Flavours drink mix so I substituted Island Oasis mix, and it was WAAAAY too strong and way too orange-y, nothing at all like what's made in the parks. And knowing Disney, I doubt they'd be pouring a drink that's 3/4 alcohol, lol!
In my search for an alternative recipe I found a picture of the menu board at the drink stand and found out the name on the menu is "grand marnier and grey goose orange slush". It looks like this recipe is missing a liquor altogether. I wanted to share a different recipe I found that tastes a lot more like the real thing.
Grand Marnier & Grey Goose Orange Slush
1 part Grand Marnier, 1 part Grey Goose Vodka, 2 parts sweet and sour mix, 1 part simple syrup. Blend with ice to create your frozen cocktail. Sorry, you'll have to add orange food coloring if you want it orange, just like they do at Epcot.
It tastes almost just like the real ones in Epcot!
They said something about knowing the slushie machines use a special mix but it's hard to find so this is really close in taste but uses ingredients from a liquor store.

Yum!!! Love those slushies! At night they put in a glow stick, so you can see it, lol! It's shaped like a Grand Marnier bottle. So cute. I still have it. Twist the top and it lights up
I think that page has recipes for every drink at Epcot and wanted to share it with you guys.
Wow, what a great link! As I started reading this thread, I KNEW someone would come through with the recipe (I LOVE this drink), and now look - a link to LOTS of drinks.
I may be planning the rest of my summer around a drink menu....

Hello everybody I haven't already greeted!
Have you found that website's "official drink around the world game"? (I found it on another board site who shall remain nameless as to not offend any moderators!) It works with points and includes bonuses for eating the weird foods around the Epcot showcase - now that's how to burn a day at Epcot!

Never seen it with a glowstick - must not be buying enough of these dang things!
Yes, they still serve these at the kiosk in France.
Yes, it is strong, but very good. I did take my time and sipped this and was done by the time I walked slowly from the kiosk in France to the resort bus stop at the front of the park.
Here is a picture of both the Grey Goose Citron Lemon Slush & the Grand Marnier Orange Slush:
